Refund Policy

If AksharaIME doesn't work for you, emailsupport@akshara-ime.com within14 days of purchase with the address you bought with, and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

What happens after a refund

Your licence is deactivated, so AksharaIME stops converting on your Macs. Typing itself keeps working — it simply passes through unchanged rather than becoming Devanagari.

How the money comes back

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com back to your original payment method, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
